Designed for ultimate clarity of tone and resonance, Grace Note's Classic Tuned Windchimes feature a unique pinned suspension device combined with superior materials and craftsmanship. These precision tuned windchimes have earned the reputation of being the most musical windchimes on the market.

Grace Note's Wind chimes are available in 9 sizes and 7 different tunings, Classic Windchimes offer a broad spectrum of tones and prices fit most everyone's needs.

All tunings are in the Key of C, with corresponding notes and chord engraved on one side of each aluminum windplate.

Classic Windchimes are handcrafted from thick tempered aluminum tubing with a soft brushed finish. On our Petite, Small and Steeple chimes, softwood strikers of either redwood or cedar are used to eliminate harsh overtones. Both of these woods are highly rated for rot resistance. Medium, Large, and Extra Large Chimes now feature recycled composite lumber strikers. Composite lumber is not only environmentally friendly it also creates a softer contact sound when applied to windchime tubing. These strikers are not subject to drying or cracking and require no maintenance.

Steeple Windchimes

Reminiscent of the sound of church bells, these exquisite windchimes have an unusual elegance. The unique sound of the Steeple Windchime and Petite Steeple windchime is created by their length and suspension design. The long tubes break the vibration into a shorter wave. Because of this, the fundamental note is unheard and the harmonics are more apparent. Understanding the physics behind the magic isn't required to appreciate the soothing, tranquil sound of the Steeple Windchimes.
