Shopsite Return Policy
- Opened software, music, video, DVDs, Games and books may be exchanged within 15 days of your product's shipping date for the same item only. No refunds are available for these items, if opened.
- All other items that are returned for credit must be returned within 15 days of your products shipping date. Credit will not be issued if items are returned following the 15 day return policy.
- Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Furniture must be disassembled in original packaging.
- Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at NuNet.
- If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.
- NuNet reserves the right to refuse an RMA or to issue only one RMA per returned product. Depending on the type of RMA, NuNet may or may not pay shipping on the RMA. NuNet does not pay shipping on replacement RMAs in the unlikely case that a replacement RMA is issued.
